RealTick submission is nominated for ‘Best Paper Award’ at Computer Measurement Group (CMG) Conference
RealTick’s industry paper and case study entitled “Using Statistical Process Control to Improve the Quality and Delivery of IT Services” on its Change Management process and best practices, has been peer review nominated in the category for ‘Best Paper Award’ at the prestigious annual international CMG conference in Orlando, FL, in December 2010.

CMG (www.cmg.org) is a worldwide organization of IT professionals committed to ensuring the efficiency and scalability of IT service delivery to the business enterprise through better measurement, quantitative analysis and forecasting.

RealTick’s submission, will be published in the conference proceedings and presented at the annual conference, along with a case study illustrating how RealTick’s Change Management process was significantly improved leading to a dramatic increase in client satisfaction.
