Stuart Breslow, Chief Executive Officer/Chief Information Officer
Stuart Breslow is the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Information Officer of Townsend Analytics. Mr. Breslow joined Townsend Analytics in December 2005 and became Chief Executive Officer in April of 2008. As the Chief Information Officer (CIO), he is also responsible for Software/Technology Development, Infrastructure, and Operations. Prior to his roles in RealTick, Mr. Breslow was the Global Head of Client Facing Trading and Analytics Technology for Global Equities at Lehman Brothers and was also previously responsible for the development of Lehman’s high-performance Equities Direct Market Access Trading platform. Mr. Breslow first joined Lehman Brothers in 2000 in the role of Global Head of Private Client Services Technology, responsible for the technology supporting the growing Investment Management and Private Wealth Management organizations. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Breslow was primarily focused on Private Client Technology, spending 8 years at PaineWebber (now UBS Financial Services) in senior technology roles servicing the firm’s Financial Advisors and Private Clients, culminating with responsibility for all online client-facing activities for the bank. Mr. Breslow began his career in the High Performance Computing and Communications of IBM as Software Engineer developing microcode for high-speed network devices. Mr. Breslow holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering, a Masters of Science degree from NYU/Polytechnic Institute, and a Masters of Technology Management degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Chris Salafatinos, Chief Financial Officer
Dr. Salafatinos began his career in public accounting in audit and tax practice. He has over 20 years financial leadership experience and has gained expertise in corporate revitalization and growth financing. He has served as CFO for a number of technology companies throughout his career. Prior to joining Townsend in 2002, he was a member of the distinguished faculty of the University of Edinburgh Business School and has published a book and many articles relating to strategic cost management.
Marty Behn, General Counsel
Marty Behn joined Townsend Analytics in January 2001, and is currently General Counsel and a member of the company’s Executive and Management Committees. As General Counsel, Mr. Behn oversees all of the company’s legal and compliance matters, and assists in management decisions and oversight. Mr. Behn began his legal career at Vedder, Price, Kaufman & Kammholz in Chicago, and later joined Schwartz, Cooper, Greenberger & Krauss, where he was a partner from 1994 to 2000. During his career at Schwartz Cooper, Mr Behn’s practice focused primarily on general corporate transactions, with an additional emphasis on providing representation for companies with a special need for legal services as a result of their use of technology or the Internet. He also served as Vice-Chair of the Chicago Bar Association's Computer Law Committee and co-chaired Schwartz Cooper’s Information Technology Law Practice Group. Mr. Behn graduated law school from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also was a legal writing instructor. Mr. Behn earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Champaign, and qualified as an Illinois Certified Public Accountant.

Michel Finzi, Global Head of Business Development
Michel Finzi joined Townsend in 2006, bringing more than 22 years of experience in the electronic trading and global brokerage industry. He started his career in 1988 at Instinet, where he held numerous senior management positions in the United States and in Europe until 2003. Responsibilities included running institutional client P&L’s, developing international equity trading businesses, leading various technology groups and contributing to the development of a wide variety of electronic trading functionalities for both the buy-side and sell-side. Prior to joining Townsend Analytics, Mr. Finzi managed a number of private investments and consulted to both the buy side and sell side. He is a graduate of the Ohio Wesleyan University.
